Before girls and parents can get started you must be added to eBudde and girls must be added in eBudde with complete first and last name – same name parents will use to register for their Cookie Club account. If girls are not entered into eBudde first, no girl or parent will be allowed to complete their Cookie Club registration. View the guide for Cookie Club – TCM Registration and Set-up

Cookie Club is open and girls have access to complete the online safety quiz, set their goals and enter their contacts. The ability to send online eCards for orders/promises will not be available until Jan. 6 – when order taking officially begins.

TCMs QUICK FACTS – A MUST READ:
Little Brownie Bakers has continued to update features available through Cookie Club. Be sure to take a look at the items noted below as BONUS information; these would be NEW recently added features for this online tool.
- For girls Using Cookie Club: orders will be transmitted to eBudde once parents have confirmed and submitted their Girl Scouts order in Cookie Club. These orders will be notated on the INITIAL ORDER tab by a green “C” symbol.
- TCMs can register themselves for Cookie Club and customize sections of the site for girls in their troop with a sales goal AND personalized troop message. The personalized troop message (troop goal or reason for participating in the program) will be visible to all recipients of eCards from girls in that troop. TCMs will also have access to view reports related to their girls’ and troops’ progress. See the attached handout: Troop Cookie Manager Registration and Set-up
- For girls NOT Using Cookie Club: TCMs will need to manually enter orders on the INITIAL ORDER tab of eBudde
BONUS: After orders are in, girls CAN CONTINUE TO USE COOKIE CLUB TO SEND ECARDS and take online orders from customers! Please note, the “Submit Orders” button in Cookie Club is no longer functional for parents after the initial order deadline has passed, so any new promises collected through Cookie Club will have to be given personally to the TCM.
BONUS: As a safeguard for girls using Cookie Club, TCMs will have the ability to import girl orders from Cookie Club to the INITIAL ORDER tab of eBudde.
