Want to accept credit cards during cookie booths this season?
Applications for interested troops who are considering participation in this initiative are due to GSGATL by December 31!

***The form and voided check will need to either be mailed to the council or dropped off there c/0 Melissa in Product Sales. ***
Special notes about accepting credit cards during cookie season:
1. Using credit cards during cookie booth season is an OPTION for each troop.
2. Swiping devices will be provided by GSGATL free of charge for troops submitting the Troop Application for Mobile Payment Form attached.
3. Costs associated with using the device (currently, 2.1% of the sales value processed plus $0.07 per credit or check card transaction for certain cards as determined by VISA, MasterCard and Discover) CANNOT be passed on to the consumer. ALL COOKIES SHOULD BE SOLD FOR $3.50 per box. When choosing to accept this method of payment from customers, troops are agreeing to absorb all charges and fees of usage.
4. Money generated from these sales will be deposited directly into the Troop’s account (minus the associated fees) leaving them responsible for FULL payment ($3.50 per box/$42 per case minus troop proceeds) to GSGATL using the deposit slips provided through the program.
