Girl Scouts serving Central Cherokee County, Georgia

eBudde FAQs

I can’t get into eBudde!

You should have received an eBudde login link this November or December.  There is a default password – it is in your Big Green Guide or you can email Lee.  The council is very serious about only registered Girl Scout member volunteers having access, so it may be that we do not have a copy/verification of your GSUSA membership.

Do I need to know the GSUSA ID for girls to add them to eBudde?

All you need to add girls to eBudde is their registered (as shown on their GSUSA membership registration) first and last name, grade, and to check the “registered” box.  If you are not sure if a girl is registered, please contact Sonja Jaffe, our SU registrar (registrar@riverwoodgs.org) for assistance.

Cookie Club & eBudde

Family having trouble registering

  • Are they at the correct website, the one created for the pilot program?

    https://cookieclubpilot.littlebrowniebakers.com/

  • Is the girl using the same form of her name that is used in eBudde? For example, if she is entered into eBudde as Rebecca, she cannot register for Cookie Club with the name Becky. She must use the same form of her name.

What happens if the girl sells more cookies after her initial order is placed by her parent? Is there another way to submit late orders for that girl?

This is a pilot program, so unfortunately all additional orders must be recorded on a paper form:
Those orders would be recorded on the traditional order card and given personally to the troop cookie volunteer, who would enter them manually into eBudde.
